You've been brewing good coffee at home for some time, but you feel you lack some skill or you'd like to get proficient with another method of making coffee. Is Chemex, V60, french press, AeroPress, siphon, or solo on your mind? We've got you covered. Or maybe you're thinking of buying an espresso machine to delight your family and friends with lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, and cortados? No problem. Available online, so you can take it from anywhere, literally.

Every drink is a little different, from the equipment, through the way you stretch milk (for espresso-based drinks), to the cups you serve them in. We'll explain all of it and give you confidence to add it to your home coffee menu and serve with pride.

We'll take you through our custom-built 5-step process. 

Step 1: Determining your needs (30 min)

We'll have a short chat about what kind of coffee you want to learn brewing. This can be done over the phone, a video-call, or by email—you decide.

Step 2: Gear selection (30 min)

In this phase we'll determine if you need any new gear and if so, we'll make a list and even shop for you and ship to your door. This is a complementary service—you will not pay a dime more than what you would on Amazon (and sometimes our prices will be even lower). Of course, if you prefer to shop yourself, you're welcome to. Either way, rest assured we'll help you make the right choice of the highest quality equipment you'll enjoy using for years to come.

Step 3: Set-up and gear training (30 min)

We'll cut down the learning curve for you by explaining how everything works and how to use it. Demonstrating and doing it together beats reading a manual any day. We'll even help you set up your space for optimal coffee brewing workflow.

Step 4: Learning the technique (1 h)

The next and, arguably, the most exciting step is learning the new brewing technique itself. We'll hold your hand every step of the way.

Step 5: Overview (30 min)

This might be the most important step in the long-run success of embracing this new technique. It is clear to us you'll have questions once you start brewing this way on your own—we'll be there to answer them. About a week later, we'll meet for a quick overview and a Q&A session to solidify your knowledge and boost your confidence.

Q: Who is this class intended for?
A: It’s intended for coffee lovers at beginner to intermediate level. Whether you need just a refresher or you’re expanding your brewing craft, this class is for you.

Q: Can I invite a friend or two?
A: By all means, the more the merrier! However, they (or you) will need to purchase a separate class. The good news is that you will be handsomly rewarded with a discount. You can invite up to 4 friends.

Q: Can we skip the gear selection part? I’m not sure if I’m ready to commit yet.
A: Not a problem! It’s actually a great idea to take it slow. You can always get the gear if you feel like you want to take it to the next level.

Q: Can you come to my place?
A: Possibly, depending where you live. Drop us a line and let's talk details.

Q: What are the minimum internet requirements for the online class?
A: For best experience, a high-speed broadband connection of 4Mbps down / 512kbps up is recommended. At a minimum, you will need a connection of 512kbps down / 128kbps up. We will use Whereby in most cases. You are welcome to use a computer or a mobile device.
