The idea behind the brew party is to get you immersed, front and center, in the world of craft (good) coffee without overwhelming you with too many technicalities you won’t need. It will allow you to see if you want to pursue it as your hobby and get really serious or if you just want to start brewing better coffee at home (and who doesn’t, right?). This is, after all, our mission—to democratize the craft coffee experience.
Hosting the party.
Hosting is fun, participation is free for you and your household, and you will be handsomely rewarded with some amazing freshly-roasted beans. The more friends to make your party, the more coffee for you (and we’ll even spread the delivery in time, so it’s always fresh). Each of the participants will also enjoy special party-only discounts and will be able to sign up to host their own party.

Q: I’d like to host a brew party. Who can I invite?
A: People who enjoy quality coffee or would like to experience better coffee generally make great invitees.
Q: What’s the best way to invite my friends?
A: Since most people use Facebook, it’s a great platform to organize a party. Another example would be Eventbrite. Good ol' email or text works great, too. No need to overcomplicate it. If you need some graphics for your invites, let us know, we’ll be happy to send you just the right size for your needs.
Q: Is there a minimum number of people to participate?
A: Yes, we ask for at least 8 people, not counting you or your household.
Q: Can I host more than one party?
A: Absolutely. There’s no limit. And we’ll love you for that.
Q: Can my guests buy tickets on their own?
A: Yes. Everyone can purchase their own ticket or they can be purchased by one person.
Q: Do tickets need to be used right away?
A: You have one year to use the ticket.
Q: Can I buy coffee or gear at the party?
A: Definitely. We usually have a discount for all party-goers, too. We encourage you to let us know ahead of time you’ll be making a purchase, so we can prepare.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept at your parties?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and checks (up to $100).
Q: How much coffee will I get for hosting a party?
A: You will receive 2 bags of coffee for the first 8 guests. Each 2 guests above that will earn you an additional bag. Our bags are 12 oz.
