If you think batch brew is of sub-par quality in comparison to manual methods, think again. Actually, many coffee professionals we respect insist it’s just the opposite. But we’ll let you be the judge. Our filter brew is dialed-in to perfection using the newest high-tech brewers available that allow us to control just about anything. We brew in small batches (up to 1 gallon), so the coffee stays ultra-fresh—we serve it up to 60 min. after brewing and if it’s not used by then, we’ll make a new batch.

If you like refreshing cold coffee, you’re probably a fan of cold brew. Because heat is not used in the long process of steeping (12 hours), the beverage is oh so smooth and has less acidity than regular hot coffee. As a result, the intended profile of beans is accentuated, especially in single-origin coffees. It’s absolutely delicious without and with milk. It’s naturally sweet and delectable. It will be love at first sight.

Similar to still cold brew, but infused with nitrogen gas, resulting in spectacular creamy and velvety head, akin to Guinness. You will be mesmerized by the cascading effect in the glass. Served on tap without ice (not to ruin the cascade). You will be delighted, for sure.

If you’re a fan of macchiatos, cortados, lattes, cappuccinos, flat-whites, and other espresso-based handcrafted coffees, we’ll bring them all to you. Our barista will serve them with delightful latte art on top as they enjoy hearing the oohs and ahhs upon serving.

Not everyone handles caffeine well or they do not wish to stay up all night. In such cases, we have a perfect and tasty alternative—cold brew tea on tap (also as nitro). We will delight your guests with 3 kinds of the highest quality loose-leaf tea (never tea bags), steeped in cool water for 12 hours for a surprisingly balanced and refreshing beverage, served on ice. It’s so good you may choose to skip the sugar, who knows.
